• Property details: the address where the work is, and access or scheduling notes.
• Project details: your description of the job, and any photos, drawings, work orders or documents you upload.
• Business documents: for professional clients, information needed for vendor setup, such as certificate-holder names and addresses for a certificate of insurance.
• Text message consent: if you check the box to receive texts about your request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, the following information may be collected automatically, depending on the features you use:

• Device and usage data: your browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit.
• Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID), they may be included with your form submission, so we can understand which ads and pages bring in requests.

• To meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If text messaging is enabled and you opt in, texts about your request may include confirmations, scheduling, reminders and questions about your job.

• Message frequency varies with your job.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• You don't have to agree to receive texts to get an estimate or buy our services.
• We don't share your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent aren't shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to do the work and run the business:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, form delivery, email, texting, analytics, scheduling and accounting providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Suppliers, when we order glass, windows, doors, screens or parts for your job. We share job specifications and, when needed, the delivery address.
• Your representatives, when you ask us to. For example, a property manager, real estate agent or contractor on your job.
• Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• Business transfer: if the business is sold or merged, customer records go to the new owner under this policy.

Photos you send

Photos and files you upload are used to understand and price your job. We won't post photos you send us on our website or social media without your permission.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work, and meet tax and licensing record-keeping requirements. When website analytics is enabled, its data is kept according to our analytics settings.

How we protect information

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need them to do their jobs. No website or storage system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as bank account or card numbers through our forms.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. We'll delete it unless we need to keep it for a legal, tax or job-record reason.
• Texts: reply STOP at any time.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us to stop.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Virginia residents: we'll respond to requests under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.
