The website is for information

The website describes our services and gives general information about glass, windows, doors, screens, shower enclosures and mirrors. It's general information, not professional advice for your specific property. Building codes, homeowners' association rules and historic-district rules change and vary by location. Check the requirements that apply to your property with the relevant office before you rely on them. We'll confirm what applies to your job when we measure.

Estimates and your job

• Requesting an estimate is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• Estimates are based on what we know when we write them. An estimate based on photos or a description is confirmed or updated after our technician measures on site.
• Prices on the website are examples. Statements such as "typically $1,000 less than replacing the window" describe typical jobs, not a price for yours. Your written, itemized estimate is the price.
• Your job is governed by your written estimate or contract. The work, price, payment terms and schedule for your job are set out there, not on this website. If anything on the website conflicts with your written estimate or contract, the estimate or contract controls.
• Scheduling: appointment times are confirmed with you directly. Custom glass, windows and doors are manufactured to the exact size after the final measurement, so install dates depend on manufacturing and delivery.

Forms, photos and files you send

When you submit a form or upload photos or files, you confirm that the information is accurate, and that you have the right to share it and to have us work at the property you name.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them to understand, price, schedule and carry out your job, and to keep them with your job records. We won't publish them on our website or social media without your permission.

Don't use our forms to send payment card numbers, bank account numbers or passwords.

Text messages

If text messaging is enabled and you check the box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from American Screen & Glass about your request and your job, such as confirmations, scheduling and reminders.

Professional vendor setup requests (property managers, realtors, contractors and others) are subject to our approval. Certificates of insurance, W-9s and vendor-platform registrations are provided on request, for legitimate business purposes, and remain subject to the terms of our insurance policies and the platforms involved.

Using the website

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false information or someone else's information without their permission;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions, or try to get around our spam protection;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use.

Our content

The text, photos, graphics and logos on the website belong to American Screen & Glass or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy or republish our content or photos without our written permission.
