ANSWERS BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Glass, window & shower door FAQs
Yes, in most cases. If the frame and sash still work, we replace just the insulated glass, with no change to the window frame.
If the frame is straight and intact, we rescreen it with new mesh, including pet-resistant, heavy-duty and BetterVue visibility options. If it's bent, broken or missing, we arrange a custom replacement made by our local manufacturing partner.
We discuss your bathroom, layout, glass and hardware choices. Final measurements are taken after the tile is complete so the enclosure can be made for the finished opening.
Yes. Glass surface protective coating is included with every shower enclosure we install, making routine cleaning easier.
Tell us the property location, the issue or project, and how many windows, doors or openings are involved. A photo of the whole opening and a close-up of the issue are useful starting points.
Yes. We work with homeowners as well as realtors, property managers, contractors and commercial clients. Include any access requirements and project dates when you get in touch.
A typical residential single- or double-hung sash glass unit starts around $185–$300 for the glass only; installation is additional. Size, shape, glass specification and internal grids affect the price. Request a free, itemized estimate for your opening.
Often, yes. We replace worn rollers and tracks, handles and locks, and fogged or broken glass, which gets the door gliding properly again for much less than a new door. If replacement makes more sense, we’ll explain why.
After approval, most ordered materials arrive in about 10–12 business days. We then contact you to schedule installation. We’ll confirm the timing for your particular enclosure with your estimate.
Yes. We rescreen torn or damaged screens (including pet-resistant and BetterVue visibility mesh) and supply custom screens made by our local manufacturing partner. If a frame is bent or broken, we’ll assess it for a new screen instead.
